Tony Buzan, the inventor of Mind Maps and the world’s leading author and top lecturer on the brain and learning, has helped millions of people unlock their creativity, enhance their memory skills and expand their thought processes.

Tony recently dedicated some of his valuable time to the local children at Llancarfan Primary School in the Vale of Glamorgan. Tony captivated both pupils and teachers, exploring new thinking skills with them and also introducing them to his world-famous memory techniques. During the session Tony aided his teaching with Mind Maps - a simple but vital aid to learning, with which he has had amazing success in classrooms all over the world.

“It is fundamental to move children away from lists and linear thinking and instead explore their full range of imagination” said Tony. “I hope that the session has given the children an invaluable learning skill that will stay with them for the rest of their lives. It is essential that we foster creativity amongst children as they are the pillars on which our society will prosper in the future.

“Coaching the pupils at Llancarfan was a hugely rewarding experience, and I am extremely honoured to think that I could have helped release the potential of our next generation of future geniuses”.

Tony has previously hosted a unique and ground breaking event at the Royal Albert Hall for 10,000 school children from across Britain, aiming to show children that learning can be fun. Tony was delighted to replicate that success with the children at Llancarfan, proving that Mind Maps are a great aid to learning and memory development.

As well as businesses, governments and organisations, schools across the globe use Tony’s methods, which have found a willing and eager response from school children of all ages, helping them understand course material, as a revision aid, and boosting students’ memory.
