Corrupt License


A “Corrupt License” message is appearing when I try to activate.


The reason you are receiving the corrupt license message is most likely because you are trying to enter a version 3 serial number into a different version of iMindMap

This can be simply solved.

1. Please uninstall iMindMap from your computer – even if you have only trialled the software.

To uninstall:
   • PC - please go to the Start Menu > Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program.
   • Mac - use please drag the program into the Trash.

2. Then download and install iMindMap version 3 from the following links

Windows Vista, XP, 2003
Apple Mac

3. Re-enter your serial number [this can be found on your Payments email or in your FREE UPGRADE email].
