Running iMindMap on Mac OS X Snow Leopard
If you have upgraded to Mac’s newest release Snow Leopard, please be aware that there are some compatibility issues with iMindMap V2, V3 and V4.
If you are running Snow Leopard and you attempt to open iMindMap, the program will not load and you will not be able to access iMindMap.
We have taken this issue extremely seriously and as such I have had the Development Team here at Buzan Online working through hard to get a fix working for this platform.
Once again I apologise for leaving you without a working copy of iMindMap, we will learn lessons from this and make sure we improve in the future.
If you are an iMindMap V4 user we would be delighted to pass on a copy of iMindMap v4.1 BETA for you to install; this includes the fix for Mac OS X Snow Leopard and will allow you to fully utilise your iMindMap software once again. Please contact our Support Team who will be able to assist you. Please note though that this will be a beta version of iMindMap V4.1 – a beta version is an (almost) feature complete test version that is still in development and testing. There might be bugs and some parts of the application may not have their final look, so don’t be surprised if you encounter some issues but I would rather you have this beta version that be without iMindMap.
If you are an iMindMap V3 user you can upgrade to iMindMap Version 4 very easily by visiting: www.imindmap.com/buynow. Just ensure that you have your current serial number handy (if this cannot be located please speak to one of our Support Team: www.imindmap.com/technicalsupport). Once you have purchased iMindMap V4 we will be able to provide you with a copy of iMindMap v4.1 BETA for you to install (see above for more details).
If you are you are an iMindMap V2 user please visit www.imindmap.com/technicalsupport and one of our Team can help you to upgrade.
