Upgrade Email

I have not received my free upgrade to iMindMap Ultimate

All free upgrades have now been emailed to all of our users.

If you still do not have yours this could be because we have an old email address for you or that the email has been caught in your email spam filter.

To start with please check your spam filter to ensure that the email has not been caught within this.

If the email is not there, please fill in the Technical Support Form and ensure that the following is provided:

- Your original serial number [emailed to you upon purchase]
OR
- Your Order Reference
OR
- The email address which you ordered iMindMap using

We will then be in touch with your free upgrade which includes: iMindMap Ultimate serial number, download links and full installation instructions.
